Here's an updated version of our spring break of fun agenda:
Pottery Barn Craft Day (Free!)
Busch Gardens
Build Forts
Do Nothing
And it's only Tuesday! So here's a photo recap of our events so far :)
When it was all over, we were exhausted! We only did a couple of hours. That's one of the perks of being so close to theme parks.
Today we did chores. Lukas did yard work, we brought the cars in for oil changes, we did some laundry, we just hung out. Ah, that was fun. Can't you tell?
PS. We watched Argo last night. I thought it was super excellent.
Our Target trip resulted in a new big boy booster seat for Cameron in the car, which meant that Tate could be moved into the one year old car seat (still facing backwards though). We were all very excited. Saturday also involved my haircut. I have a lot less hair and that makes me happy. :)
Sunday we sold beer and fried grease at the St. Pete Grand Prix. It was kind of fun. What's more important is that we made a LOT of money for our school!
Then it was time for... LEGO LAND!!! One perk of being a teacher is the free annual pass (X2 in our house) plus the two children under 3. That means, theme park for $0 admission. Woop woop!

Cameron was not sharing Tate's enthusiasm. He yelled, "NO, NO!" the entire ride and then requested to get back on as soon as it was over. Silly boy. |

My favorite part is? The week's not over. Normally Tuesday is my hardest day, but I am loving this one! We'll keep you posted.

You've got us beat. We haven't done much of anything so far. We need to get out of the house soon. We'll probably go to a playground or hit the beach. I had no idea that teachers get free passes to Legoland. That's awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty awesome. They're annual passes too! Just one of the perks. :)
DeleteI love this stuff! These two little guys are so cool. Tate's getting a marvelous personality it looks like and you know how big a fan of Cameron I am. Cameron crying then wanting right back on reminds me of a little girl who was always so brave but never really sure and would go anyway. Remember the Halloween masks? I still have them. Maybe I should pass them on to your guys. Thanks for sharing all of this with your fans out here.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad. We think that they are pretty cool too. I vividly remember some terrifying yet irresistible Halloween masks. I'd say we'll take them, but I don't want to run away screaming, haha.
