Conversations With the 2 Year Old

1.  Our guy is always talking.  Really.  It is safe to say that sometimes while he is talking we aren't entirely paying attention to what he is saying.  Tonight's conversation in the car went something like this:

Lukas and I are chatting.  Lukas is talking at that very moment.  C is also jabbering in the back seat.  All of sudden we hear:

C:  Daddy!  I'M talking! (emphasis on the I'M)

Pardon us Mr. Sassy Pants.

2.  At the toy store in the mall yesterday Cameron puts on a hard hat with a light on it (like a Miner's hat) and said, "I'm a Minion!"

3.  Tonight's prayer:

C: "Dear God, thank you for Mommy and Daddy and Tater and Cameron and keeping us safe.  Thank you for cheeseburgers and grapes.  God thank you for Salmon and MEAT.  AAAAAMen!"
