Running
Running is one of my favorite things. (28) It's hard and tiring, but it makes me feel good. It lessens my stress and anxiety, it makes my heart rate lower, it is a fun family activity, the list goes on and on.
I don't usually put big goals out in the world but I thought that this blog would be a good place to start! So here it is:
This month: Get back up to 5 miles
Next year: Rock n Roll Half Marathon (Feb)
Maintain 6 miles even in the off season
Lifetime: Big City Marathon (London? Chicago? NYC?)
International half marathon (Portugal? London again?)
Disney's Marathon Weekend Goofy Run (1/2 Marathon on Saturday, Full on Sunday)
